BO. CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL is a complete elementary school in the Division of City of Balanga. It is located in Barangay Central which occupied 2, 527 square-meter site surrounded with concrete fence. It is managed by a principal with 552 pupils including preschool, 16 teachers and 3 administrative aides. The school has 3 class sections in grade one and 2 class sections from grade two to six.

The school administrator provides direction leadership and day- to -day management of educational activities in school. She leads her staff democratically and helps her teachers realized their defined responsibilities for the education of the children.

All the teachers are fully aware of the duties and responsibilities to achieve quality education. The school is likewise committed to share governance as mandated by RA 9155 for the welfare of the school children.
