Workshop on Subject Integration for Performance Task for 3rd Quarter

Performance task is any learning activity or assessment that asks students to perform, to demonstrate their knowledge, understanding and proficiency. It yields a tangible performance that save as evidence of learning.
Subject integration is described as one that connects different areas of study by cutting across subject-matter lines and emphasizing unifying concepts. It focuses on making connections for students, allowing them to engage in relevant, meaningful activities that can be connected to real life.
Subject integration is important because it brings together diverse disciplines in a comprehensive manner, enabling students to develop a meaningful understanding of the complex associations and influences within a topic. It also increased understanding, retention, and application of general concepts.
In connection with this, our school, Bo. Central Elementary held a workshop on subject integration for performance task, this time is intended for the third quarter last March 15, 2021. The topics being discussed were the general characteristics of performance task and the things to consider for subject integration of 3rd quarter by Mam Ria Subisol.
